These Boots Were Made For Bloggin'

As I sit here, blogging, I'm smack dab in the middle of a juice cleanse. Although the juices and smoothies have been delicious, I've been dreaming of pizza all day. Fashion, of course, is the best distraction. Which leads me to...this outfit!

This vest is by far my favorite recent addition to my closet. It's perfect for layering, and I've been creating outfits with it in my head ever since I got it. The clutch was a birthday present from a friend who must have known that a nude clutch was exactly what I needed. I found a similar Tory Burch clutch that is just as amazing (listed above)!

Le Printemps

Happy spring! While I know most of us in the US haven't noticed a significant rise in temperature, I'm loving the increasing daylight hours and the crisp, bright mornings. I'm recovering from a nasty cold that it seems has plagued half of all San Francisco residents, and while it was a brutal little thing, I'm coming out on the other side and am ready to roll this weekend.

I'm sitting here listening to the sounds of my husband and toddler playing together, and it makes it hard to focus on fashion! I likely spend way too much of my free time thinking of all things sartorial, truth. So this momma is going to give you the outfit details and head over to Sylvie's room to score some cuddles and giggles. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Pants: MAMA Patterned H & M (they're maternity but I swear they could be worn sans the bump!) // Shoes: old but similar styles here and here // Blazer: out of stock but similar here and here // Bag: Botkier (similar)// Lips: MAC Flat Out Fabulous

New Kicks on the Block

I'm loving these Stan Smith Adidas because they're a perfect 10 in both the style and comfort departments. Don't get me wrong; I'm 21 weeks pregnant and still going strong in my heels, but I love to mix it up. Distressed (maternity) jeans + Adidas = instant street cred. At least in my book!

Hope you're all doing well and that you enjoy this laid back look.

Shoes: Stan Smith Adidas  // Denim: H & M MAMA Skinny Jeans (and here's a non-maternity pair) // White blouse:  Banana Republic // Grey Sweatshirt: old but very cool versions here and here (and if you're brave, a very cool men's version here) // leopard sunnies: lots & lots of styles found here // Bag: Emma Fox (similar)

Party Pants

Pants: J. Crew (find similar here); Jacket: ALC (find similar here); Blouse: Theory (find similar here); Shoes: Via Spiga (find similar here)

I'm very much into patterned pants these days, and always looking for new ones. When I saw these on sale at J. Crew, their vibrant green caught my attention, and I had to have them. Surprisingly, they complement what I already have in my closet quite nicely, and I'm excited to experiment with mixing patterns.
